What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Design & Development: Manage projects that combine hardware and software to create advanced instrumentation systems.
  • Sensor Expertise: Work on designing and improving circuits that help measure and control systems using sensors.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a small team of engineers, ensuring everyone works together to meet project goals.
  • Sensor Integration & Control: Develop innovative solutions to improve how we measure and control physical systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (software, mechanical, and manufacturing) to ensure smooth product development and delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in embedded systems design, with hands-on experience in both analog and digital design and sensor technologies.
  • Strong understanding of how control systems work and experience with communication systems (like I2C, SPI, UART).
  • Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results on time.
  • Comfortable using tools like Altium and hands-on experience in the lab.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IoT systems, low-power designs, and understanding electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI) is a plus.

Compensation: $140K - $160K
