We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services with a strong background in the nursing home industry to lead our team in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working within nursing homes, including 3+ years in a leadership role. This is a key position for overseeing clinical care, staff management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the highest standards of resident care.

- Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and effective operations.
- Ensure residents receive the best care by developing care plans, monitoring outcomes, and staying compliant with regulations.
- Ensure nursing services comply with state and federal guidelines; manage inspections and audits.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives, analyze data, and address patient concerns.
- Work with the executive team, physicians, and other departments to ensure coordinated care.
- RN license in NY (required), BSN (required), MSN (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years in the nursing home industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, including knowledge of NYS Department of Health regulations and CMS guidelines.
