Our client is a growing technology company developing AI-driven solutions to automate workflows for financial services and compliance teams. Their platform helps organizations streamline investigations, due diligence, and regulatory processes. With a strong customer base across multiple regions, they are rapidly expanding their product offerings and scaling their team.

Comp: $140K - $190K base

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and scale core platform capabilities for automated compliance and investigations.
• Build new products focused on optimizing and streamlining regulatory workflows.
• Collaborate with customers to scope and develop solutions for complex, ambiguous challenges.
• Design and implement backend systems and scalable software architectures.

Job Requirements

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in fullstack or backend engineering.
• Experience building 0-1 products from concept to launch.
• A strong track record of staying 2.5+ years at companies.
• Proficiency with modern web development and database technologies (experience with Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, TypeScript, Supabase is a plus).
• Background in high-growth startup environments (Seed to Series B or similar).
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in AI, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience working directly with customers in product development.
