Job Description:

We are an AI-powered startup building the next generation of software primitives that transform how businesses handle unstructured data and workflows. Our company leverages large language models (LLMs) to create a seamless interface between humans and systems, driving interoperability and efficiency in enterprise software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and own major components of the platform.
  • Work closely with the founding team to shape technical strategy.
  • Develop mission-critical software for production environments.
  • Ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Engage with developer communities and dev-focused events.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in mission-critical production software development.
  • Must have experience working in a startup environment.
  • Excited about working in person in San Francisco (3 days a week).
  • Experience at hyper-growth companies with top-tier products.
  • Prior experience in 0-to-1 product development or launching your own products.
  • High emotional intelligence and a customer-facing mindset.
  • Strong programming skills in multiple languages.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable, reliable software.
  • Previous founder or founding engineer experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Active contributor in developer communities or technical events.
  • Experience with fintech, devtools, or vertical SaaS companies.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $150k - $250k + 0.25% - 1.25% equity
