Technicians need to supply their own hand tools. The company offers shop tools and major tools on the company truck.

Preferred Candidate Experience & Job Information

Preferred Experience: The company is seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, specifically in service rather than installation. The role will primarily involve residential work (70%) and some commercial work (30%). Ideal candidates should have experience servicing forced air systems in residential homes and rooftop units in commercial settings. Familiarity with mini split systems is a plus. While candidates with only residential experience may still be a good fit, the hiring manager has expressed a preference for those with some commercial experience as well.

Certifications: Any HVAC certifications, on top of work experience, are a plus. Ideal candidates will already have their EPA.

Driving Record/MVR Check: Yes

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm -- on-call not required, but it is offered
