LMK Recruiting is seeking an experienced, result-driven Operations Manager that has thorough experience in eCommerce. The ideals candidate thrives on implementing innovative solutions, comfortable integrating new systems/processes and someone who is able to manage the team seamlessly. This opportunity specializes in health and wellness and is remote based in Canada.

Some Key Responsibilities:

Achieve financial targets by identifying inefficiencies and implementing cost saving measures
Collaborate and guide the team to reach and exceed targets
Oversee daily warehouse operations and lead the staff
Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize product overstock
Coordinate project orders

Requirements:

Must live in Canada
5+ years' experience in operations management with ecommerce experience
Bachelor's degree
Bilingual in English/French is preferred but not required
