As a Vice President of Sales, you’ll drive growth by managing and expanding relationships with key clients, guiding them through the complexities of mobile device deployment, and offering managed mobility services. Your leadership will empower industries like education, healthcare, transportation, and more to focus on their core missions by taking the burdens of mobile technology off their hands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction across various sectors, including healthcare, education, transportation, and hospitality.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring they understand the full value of the client's services and how our solutions improve their mobile deployment processes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Ensure the team has the resources and training needed to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in need of managed mobility services. Focus on expanding our market share and increasing customer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery to clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and new technologies to continuously refine and adapt sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights into challenges, opportunities, and client feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a tech-focused or mobility solutions environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with an ability to manage complex sales cycles and large accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing on immediate sales needs.
  • Familiarity with managed mobility services and mobile device deployment.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
