Job description

LMK Recruiting is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for a top real estate investment company located out of Louisville, KY. There are tons of projects being worked on and we are looking for someone who is excellent in multi-tasking, communication, negotiation and customer service. This opportunity is open to international candidates, with an hourly pay of $5-7 USD and $.50 commission on sales.

Desired Competencies and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, collections, or a client relations role. Experience in real estate transactions or working directly with homeowners is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills. Ability to think quickly and provide solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, communication tools, and other technology to manage client interactions and track progress.
  •  Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing communication with 50+ homeowners weekly to keep them updated on the status of their home sale. Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to ensure clients are well-informed at all stages of the process.
  •  Act as the first line of defense for any issues or concerns raised by homeowners. Use problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations, offer solutions, and ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved.
  • Work closely with our internal sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure that the sale process is progressing smoothly. Provide feedback from clients to these teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, fostering trust and confidence in our services. Ensure that each client feels valued and heard throughout their interaction with our company.
  • Keep detailed records of all client interactions and issues resolved. Track and report on client satisfaction metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the sales process by supporting the team in negotiations and ensuring that all client needs are met, contributing directly to the successful sale of properties.
