What You’ll Do:

🔹 Advise & Represent Clients – Provide strategic legal guidance within your practice area
🔹 Collaborate & Lead – Work with colleagues on complex cases and transactions
🔹 Draft & Negotiate – Prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements
🔹 Build Strong Client Relationships – Deliver high-quality legal counsel and personalized service

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Licensed Attorney in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar (NY a plus, but not required)
✔ Passion for Your Practice Area – Strong background in at least one of the areas listed
✔ Excellent Communicator – Strong writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-Starter & Team Player – Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ For Senior Attorneys – Experience managing cases and mentoring junior associates
✔ For Junior Associates – Eager to learn, strong research & analytical skills, and ability to adapt quickly
