Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling complex family law disputes, including divorce, property division, alimony, and custody matters.
• Representing clients in child and spousal support cases.
• Managing domestic violence cases and pre-/post-nuptial agreements.
• Engaging in courtroom advocacy and litigation.
• Drafting legal documents with strong writing and analytical skills.

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of family law experience.
• Strong background in litigating divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Courtroom experience and strong legal writing skills.
• Pennsylvania Bar required; New Jersey Bar preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience handling high-net-worth family law cases.
• Mediation and dispute resolution skills.
