Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to manage and execute complex deals.
• Work both independently and as part of a team on transactional matters.
• Engage in ongoing professional development with a pathway to partnership opportunities.

Job Requirements

Education & Licensing

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission or eligibility for state bar licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
