Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full order process, coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing updates and resolving issues.
Manage inventory, conduct audits, and maintain stock accuracy.
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Analyze fulfillment data and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2+ years in order fulfillment, customer service, or logistics.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in order management, inventory software, and Google/MS Office.
On-site availability in King of Prussia, PA, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
