Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We have over 30 years of success in the barcode and industrial printing industry and are the first and only supplier to offer equipment and services for every stage and type of printing operations, from ink jets to thermal transfer to scanners and maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of printing operations. This position offers a competitive base pay plus commission, providing you with the opportunity to maximize your earnings based on your performance. Our mission is to always support all of your coding and industrial printing needs. From first time equipment buyers to industry experts, we tailor a comprehensive solution for your business needs. Data is the new resource every company needs. We will find a solution for you to gather the data you need across factory floors, distribution, transportation, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers within the industrial sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product developments.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the barcoding, industrial or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
