Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operations of the medical/surgical and ICU units, ensuring strict adherence to hospital policies, maintaining adequate staffing levels, and optimizing patient flow.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor staff compliance with annual competency requirements to ensure high standards of care.
• Manage staff development, refine clinical practices, oversee productivity goals, and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.

Position Requirements:
• Associate’s degree (required)
• Valid RN License in North Carolina
previous healthcare management experience
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
