Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field and office staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the environmental services industry.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the environmental services sector.
