Job Title: Commercial Refrigeration Technician

Pay Range: $36-43/hr +

Schedule:

• Typical Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (varies by market)
• Rotational On-Call: Every 3-4 weeks
• Occasional Overnight Travel: May be required based on market needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Solutions: Work closely with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide comprehensive service solutions for commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration, cooking, ware-washing, and other specialty items.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Leverage your mechanical skills to diagnose and repair a variety of commercial kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Technical Consultation: Communicate with manufacturers for parts identification and diagnoses and consult the Technical Assistance Group for on-site support.
• Installation: Professionally install parts for customers, following company guidelines.
• Service Promotion: Recommend additional services to customers when appropriate to enhance their operations.
• Administrative Duties: Accurately complete work orders, time reports, receipts, and maintain truck stock inventory.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle with proper inventory.
• Productivity: Ensure productivity meets company standards.
