Comp: $130K - $180K + Equity

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with onboarding, implementation, and best practices.
  • Acting as a trusted technical resource for clients.
  • Ensuring customer success and satisfaction through ongoing support.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence within client organizations.
  • Contributing to product improvements, including documentation and user experience.

Job Requirements

  • Background in development, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within tech or developer-focused products.
  • Strong track record of professional growth and achieving goals.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and security concepts.
  • Knowledge of tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in startups.
  • Background in cybersecurity or developer tools.
