Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with onboarding, implementation, and best practices.
- Acting as a trusted technical resource for clients.
- Ensuring customer success and satisfaction through ongoing support.
- Identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence within client organizations.
- Contributing to product improvements, including documentation and user experience.
Job Requirements
- Background in development, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within tech or developer-focused products.
- Strong track record of professional growth and achieving goals.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and security concepts.
- Knowledge of tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
