What You’ll Do

As our Controller / VP of Finance, you will be a hands-on leader, responsible for ensuring financial integrity, implementing best-in-class financial processes, and guiding the company's financial strategy. Your role will include:

🔹 Financial Leadership – Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
🔹 Strategic Financial Planning – Partner with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies aligning with the company's ambitious growth objectives.
🔹 Reporting & Analytics – Provide clear, actionable insights through financial statements, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
🔹 Systems & Process Optimization – Design and implement strong internal controls and play a key role in deploying new IT systems.
🔹 M&A and Growth Initiatives – Lead financial modeling, due diligence, and integration for acquisitions and expansion opportunities.
🔹 Team Leadership – Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

What You Bring

✔️ Education & Credentials – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred).
✔️ Experience – 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior role (Controller, VP of Finance, etc.), ideally within technology, IoT, or within industrial manufacturing high-growth companies.
✔️ Technical Expertise – Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
✔️ Systems & Tools – Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Infor), advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial modeling.
✔️ M&A Savvy – Prior experience in executing and integrating mergers & acquisitions.
✔️ Leadership & Collaboration – A strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
