The firm has a strong reputation in construction and infrastructure law, advising developers, contractors, financial institutions, and investors on complex construction projects, disputes, and regulatory matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate construction contracts, design agreements, and development agreements across multiple industry sectors.
Draft and negotiate EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts for large infrastructure and energy projects.
Advise clients on construction-related legal issues, including change orders, extra work claims, project delays, and construction defects.
Assist in construction litigation and arbitration cases, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, and arbitration hearings/trials.
Ensure compliance with construction and development regulations, including federal, state, and local laws.
Work closely with developers, contractors, financial institutions, and public/private sector clients on complex construction matters.
Job Requirements
JD from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
2-3 years of construction law experience.
Experience in construction contracts, real estate development, and construction-related dispute resolution.
Familiarity with industry-standard agreements (AIA and similar forms).
Strong negotiation, drafting, and advisory skills.
Excellent research, problem-solving, and business judgment abilities.

Background in infrastructure, commercial real estate, or energy-related construction law.
Familiarity with international construction laws and cross-border projects.
