We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our supply chain processes, improving efficiency, and supporting our business objectives through data-driven insights.
Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations to enhance the efficiency of the company’s supply chain operations. You will work closely with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely deliveries, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, problem-solving, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, demand patterns, order lead times, and supplier performance.
- Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks within the supply chain and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track supply chain performance.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings in procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Assist in the development of supply chain strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of supply chain policies, recommending changes or adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels.
- Assist in implementing and managing supply chain software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Support the Supply Chain Manager with data-driven recommendations for improving procurement strategies, transportation, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- Experience with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts such as demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
