The Opportunity
As their Senior Project Manager-ERP Implementation, you will lead the full lifecycle of their ERP implementation—aligning technology with business goals, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring a smooth integration of acquired companies. Your expertise will drive efficiency across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations while ensuring the system is scalable for future growth.
What You’ll Do
Own the ERP implementation – From planning to go-live, you will ensure a successful rollout that meets business needs.
Customize the ERP for manufacturing excellence – Optimize advanced planning, scheduling, quality control, and supply chain management.
Lead M&A integration – Harmonize processes, migrate data from legacy systems, and consolidate operations for seamless business continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Work with IT, finance, operations, and executive leadership to align ERP capabilities with strategic objectives.
Manage project scope, budget, and risk – Keep the implementation on track while anticipating and mitigating challenges.
Be hands-on with technology – Work closely with technical teams to configure the system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth adoption.
Drive change management – Facilitate user adoption and ensure the ERP becomes a valued asset across the organization.
What You Bring
Proven ERP leadership – Extensive experience managing ERP implementations, ideally with manufacturing-focused systems. (Infor Syteline a plus)
Manufacturing expertise – Deep understanding of advanced planning, scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
M&A integration experience – Skilled in ERP consolidations, data migration, process harmonization, and legacy system integration.
Strong project management – Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while mitigating risks.
Excellent communication – Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to end-users.
Technical proficiency – Experience with ERP customization, API integrations, and third-party system connections.
Problem-solving mindset – Capable of navigating challenges, from data quality issues to resistance to change.
